Will has more than 15 years of experience in the digital space, perfectly positioning him to identify strategic opportunities to pursue and grow across the BGFG house of brands.
Andrew has been a passionate gaming and tech head from childhood, tinkering with the ZX Spectrum, Amiga 2000 and one of the original Intel Pentiums to name a few.
Andrew has over 16 years in brand, digital marketing and e-commerce. He spent his formative years at AO.com running the Brand and Digital Marketing teams. Andrew brings this wealth of knowledge to the AgencyGMR team in a sector he is passionate about.
As well as being a lifelong gamer, Craig has over 20 years of experience in Project and Operational management. Having worked around the world for more than eight years, he always wanted to come back to the UK and build a company around his passions and, of course, work with his brother… It turns out they’re actually a great team!
Having worked both in-house and agency side, Roddy has been fortunate enough to work with brands such as Nintendo, Sony, Disney and LEGO on key marketing campaigns and releases. With a background in content and social media, Roddy loves to find creative solutions for data-led marketing campaigns that drive commercial results. He’s also ‘not bad’ at Halo!
With 14 years experience in video production, Paul’s career has seen him work all over the world for brands such as Sony, Suzuki, Kia, AO.com, Carnival Corporation, and Samsung. Paul has a solid background in both video production and department leadership.
Highly experienced creative director and branding specialist with a proven track record in creating, communicating and amplifying brands across multiple sectors, including sport, retail, fashion, travel, philanthropy, education and energy.

Hayley has been a gamer since the age of 5, being 'Player 2' to her brother on the Mega Drive and later venturing into everything else gaming. With 5 years experience as a retoucher for various brands and freelance, Hayley finally took the plunge with BGFG as a Junior Graphic Designer.
